    Your education is an investment in your future, and we want that investment to be as affordable as possible. Below are our undergraduate and graduate tuition rates (broken down per credit hour), along with any other fees and potential expenses to keep in mind as you’re planning.

    Note: Tuition Assistance (TA) is only authorized for tuition charges up to $250 per semester credit hour for undergraduate courses and up to $370 per semester credit hour for master degree courses. TA does not cover doctorate program costs or fees, such as the technology fee, course fees, or books/supplies.

    Housing Rates

    Residence halls are available at the Cadillac, Muskegon, Owosso, and Port Huron campuses. (Downtown Cadillac has unique rates, as noted below.)

    If for any reason a student leaves during a semester, there will be no refund of room fees for that semester.

      Our cost of attendance budget estimates the total educational costs for a student attending one academic year (2 semesters). The cost factors include both direct and indirect costs.

      • Direct costs include tuition, fees, housing and books purchased through Barnes & Noble.
      • Indirect costs include books and supplies not purchased through Barnes & Noble, meals, transportation and personal expenses.

      The costs included are estimates and vary depending on course requirements and personal spending habits. Actual costs may vary.
