Human Services Student Club
Description
The Human Services (HUS) Student Club offers students the opportunity to volunteer and/or work in their communities. The club also does fundraisers to donate to local charities and agencies and participates in other events/trainings throughout the year. Join the HUS Club today if you are interested in:
- Being an active member in your community.

- Help with organizing and leading charity events.

How to Get Involved
HUS Club meetings occur one Monday per month at 4:00pm. Additional meetings/events are TBD. Requirements for joining include; be in good academic standing, attend half (at least 2) meetings per semester, attend 1 event each semester, participate in 1 fundraiser per year, and be a student in the HUS, Sociology, Nursing, Psychology programs.
Awards and Achievements
Participates in Trunk-Or-Treat, Suicide Walk, NOHS Conference, Christmas Adopt-a-Family, donations to local nonprofit agencies, and research of community resources for local nonprofit agencies.
