Our Mission:
Supporting You
on Your College Journey
As a veteran-friendly school, we’re committed to giving back to those who have given so much in service to our country. Whether you’re a veteran transitioning from service with goals of moving your life and career forward, or a dependent spouse or child planning for your future, you have our unwavering support.
Our dedicated School Certifying Official is eager to help you with your military connected student benefits, including those available through the Department of Veterans Affairs and Federal Tuition Assistance programs. She will be happy to walk you through the process of how your benefits will work with Baker College. Baker College is a Yellow Ribbon school, however with our tuition rates being low, you should not have to worry about utilizing that portion of your benefits.
The Michigan Veterans Affairs Agency helps veterans and their families access discharge documents, connect with Veteran Service Officers and find services to assist their needs. Please visit the MVAA website or call 800-MICH-VET (800-642-4838) for assistance.
Our transparent tuition structure helps streamline the enrollment process, so you can be confident knowing that your educational costs will be easy to understand and manage. Using our net price calculator, it’s easy to understand your expected financial contribution, and our deferred payment model ensures that you won’t be required to submit a deposit until your benefits have been disbursed.
Baker College strongly believes in the Principles of Excellence as outlined in Executive Order 13607 by being a participant in programs supporting the continued education of service members. The College is a proud signer of the DoD MOU and is eligible to receive federal military and veteran education benefits.
Baker College does not engage in nor condone any form of high-pressure recruitment strategies or actions in the enrollment and or acceptance process of new or returning students who have served in the US Armed Services.
