Jill Tucker, CSC Chef Instructor at the Culinary Institute of Michigan earned a Gold Medal with Distinction for a Perfect Score on her KC Signature Fish entry from the judging panel on April 27th, 2019 at the ACF Sanctioned Roland E. Schaeffer Culinary Classic.
The 4th annual competition was held in Port Huron Michigan at the Culinary Institute of Michigan. Chef Tucker is a member of the ACF Michigan Chefs de Cuisine Association MI012.
