The CIM’s success at the recent ACF Sanctioned Competition is a testament to the hard work and dedication of its students and faculty members and their coaches, Chef Paula, Chef Karlee, and Chef Scott. The logistics of getting so many students and equipment to and from the competition site were also expertly handled by support faculty Chef Nick and Mr. Light.
The CIM is now gearing up to host the 7th Annual Roland E. Schaeffer Culinary Classic Competition at its Port Huron campus on April 21-22, 2023. This two-day event offers virtually every ACF competition category available for professionals and students, and spectators, including the general public, are welcome to observe the competitions each day starting at 8:00 am.
